    5/3/12: All my peach and all my blackberry plantings have reached the ends of their lives. I will have no more of either for the foreseeable future. Addtionally, I will be growing no vegetable crops for the summer of 2012.

    Directions to McKemie HomeGrown Farm from Austin, Texas:

    South on US 183 for about 14 miles, turn left on Hwy 21 for 1 mile,
    Turn right on FM 1854 for about 14 miles to Dale
    In Dale take first left, go one block,
    turn right onto Caldwell County Road 165, go one mile to entrance
    of McKemie HomeGrown orchard on left marked by white on green sign. The blackberry patch entrance is about two hundred yards farther and on the right.
